Remote Learning
At GIS we utilise electronic technologies to access educational curriculum outside the traditional classroom. Remote learning provides an opportunity for students and teachers to remain connected and engaged with the content while working from the safety of their homes. Distance learning is a new phenomenon for us all and whilst it may be a completely new way of working to what we have been used to, we have seen many of our students continue to flourish in their new learning environment.
Learning never stops and at GIS and we encourage, guide and advise our parents when supporting their children through this change of learning; how to create structures and routines that allow their children to be successful; how to monitor and guide their children’s learning; and how to support their child's wellbeing.
